Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the American Precision M32-34D-9208A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Seipee parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the KBM3458 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HPE63LB2B34 manufactured by Seipee and we are pleased to be able to service most Seipee systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M13027089 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Watt-Drive Brand K16970606527 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toshiba such as JISC4004 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available l5023a made by Baldor as well as the popular JMM3710T original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L407E39EL7 by Sanyo and JISC4004 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M050398 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynapar.
